Service Description
classes built around creating more freedom in the body. From Detoxing the liver and digestion system to igniting the Chakra centres and taking deep meditative journeys through the Activated Third Eye Center. Kriya is a Yoga practice that uses breath work, body locks and mudras to increase the medicine of the Yoga pose with the purpose of clearing and activating the chakra energy centres. Kundalini Yoga is the practice of raising the energy through the Chakra centres to allow the energy to flow up the spine.
